Working Student Positions
Dechant Dressage has an ongoing program for working students. These positions are ideal for aspiring professionals who want to learn the art of dressage and all aspects of running a quality, successful training and sales business. Responsibilities may include assisting trainers with horses on a daily basis, grooming, tacking/un-tacking, preparing for and grooming at shows, blanketing, turn-out, tack cleaning, and general/special care as instructed.
